PBHA’s Housing Opportunities Program is a microfinance program dedicated to the prevention of homelessness in the Boston area. HOP runs a revolving loan fund and provides no-interest credit and counseling to clients in danger of being evicted from their homes. Staffed entirely by volunteers and
