Support Chinatown Adventure Today!

We have some exciting news! This summer, Chinatown Adventure (CHAD), one of 12 community-based summer camps offered through the Phillips Brooks House Association (PBHA) for low-income youth in Boston, will once again serve the Chinatown community by providing 80 campers with an incredible summer experience.  Two directors, seven senior counselors and nine junior counselors work to provide a summer of academic enrichment in the classroom while promoting interactive learning through exciting field trips.

But we need your help! As a student-led nonprofit organization, we must raise a substantial amount of funds to make this vital program possible. Our community service program relies on the generosity of individual donors - alumni and friends of PBHA and CHAD who understand the value of our dual-focused mission “providing much-needed programs to Greater Boston that meet community needs while simultaneously offering vital experiences to generations of student leaders in service and activism. Any amount that you’re able to give will directly benefit the lives of these campers. In fact, a donor is generously willing to match online credit card contributions to our camp through PBHA’s secure online site–so whatever amount you can give will have a double impact. For example, a contribution of $25 would actually give us $50 through the matching challenge.

At the website listed below, please enter “CHAD” in the -Specific Needs- box and your contribution will automatically be matched. If you wish, you can honor a friend or loved one through your gift to PBHA. Designate your gift in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one or to recognize special occasions and holidays. We will send an attractive card to the address you specify notifying them of your generous donation.

You will also receive a letter thanking you for your tax-deductible donation.
