Online SUPport System
The online support system was created to improve communication between program directors and the SUPport staff. It allows directors to request for SUPport help at their sites, Transportation, and Supplies (mostly camping-related supplies).

The system uses the WebData Pro program. This program was originally purchased for the PBHA Database (and then we decided to hire a programmer). Now, we use it to run the online SUPport system because it’s still a fairly user-friendly database management software. To learn more, visit http://webdatapro.com/.
The online SUPport system can be accessed at http://pbha.org/resources/support-supplies-transpo which is a URL direct to http://www.pbha.org/cgi-bin/database.pl. From the login page, both users and administrators can login.
From the user’s interface, there are three options: supplies, support, and transpo. Program directors can enter their request information in each of this sections. For the admin interface, the administrator can customize anything (or just about).
- Manage Table Configurations: change the structure of the data
- Manage Layouts: access data reports or how the data is reported
- Manage Members: change access passwords, usernames, etc.
- Manage Preferences: kind of complicated, don’t really need to use much
- SQL Entry: for the techie-inclined. use to enter some fancy programming language
- Manage Records: access and edit the actual data
