Manage Members
Use this to create or edit users. Generally, most users will have the same access to the same tables and records so you will want to set their permissions to the same settings (except for username and password of course). Having multiple usernames allows the administrators to keep track of when they logged in and what requests they submitted.
A nifty feature here is when you edit a member, you can set a user to belong to a member group / alias privileges. What this does is sets everyone’s permissions to the same as the name of that member group. For example, all the SUP programs are set to summer programs member group. This means you can edit the entire group’s permissions and access by just editing the summer programs username.
