This is the heart and soul of the program – from here, you can access the data to all the SUPport, Transpo, and SUPplies requests. You can use the same form to both search or add new data.
Downloading a Spreadsheet Data
After using the search form, you can download the returned results (if you don’t anything into the search fields, it will return ALL the data). At the bottom of the results screen, pick the desired file format and then click “Export Records”
Uploading Data
This is much more finicky and complicated and any changes should really be made with someone with more experience with database management. Currently, you can upload large amounts of data on the general search/add records interface. However, you do have to use a specific spreadsheet format and use the EXACT matching format as the table. You can download them here: http://pbha.org/resources/support-supplies-transpo.
Leave the first column (“id”) blank. Save the spreadsheet in “pipe-delimited” filed format. On the search / add records screen, click “Import Records”

Make sure to change the file format to pipe-delimited. Make sure to also save your spreadsheet in this same format.
If you did it right, you’ll see a confirmation page with all the data correctly uploaded. If it didn’t work, just try again.
